What jobs can make you superficial because of the money?

I would prefer if you told me jobs that you have to graduate college for. I am writing a story on a humble girl who becomes shallow because of her job. Thanks.

What jobs can make you superficial because of the money?
A lot of jobs. Some people that get paid a lot: Plastic surgeons. Anesthesiologists. Doctors in general. Airline pilots. CEOs. Top models. Famous actors. Rock stars. Lawyers. Famous athletes.
Reply:No superficial jobs, only shallow people.
Reply:One of the best ways to make money and suck out the soul is to go into advertising. You get to use your talents to persuade people about stuff that isn't even true.

Another way is to become a political lobbyist, particularly for something like alcohol, guns, tobacco or big oil.

These careers require college educations, and because they pay so well the recruiters look for the best and brightest who have something special about them, maybe like your character.

The best way to become shallow is to start out idealistic and then be repeatedly disillusioned, without something that helps re-frame the idealism into wisdom.
