Do professional cheerleaders have other jobs besides cheerleading?

Do they have day jobs, or can they live off of the money that they make cheering? What kinds of other jobs do they have?

Do professional cheerleaders have other jobs besides cheerleading?
yeah this one cheerleader i know works full time as a nurse
Reply:I think if your serious about cheerleading and you're good and very committed you can use that talent to do bigger things. You can be a choreographer or you can coach a cheerleading team at a school or university. And I also know some cheerleaders who are going to school and hold jobs a pro cheerleaders.
Reply:Pro cheerleaders make $50/game. Other kinds of jobs probably cover the whole gamut. They're chosen in tryouts and it would seem likely their other jobs would have to accomodate their practice sessions all through the season as well, of course, their games on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, etc. plus night games.
Reply:i would say some of them have side jobs. like waitressing or something simple like that. but i think alot of them dont have other jobs cause they make enough to support themselves.
Reply:$75 per game and you get paid to do promos. A lot of the girls are in college and have other jobs such as dance instructors, waitressing, working in shops etc. A few have worked with commercials and music videos.
Reply:cheerleaders, like the dallas cowboy cheerleaders, must have a day job to be on the squad. no lackys are allowed.
