Reply:Skilled occupations.... That means you need a 4 year college degree. It can be any occupation but the company must prove no US citizen is available to take the job and that they have actually tried to hire an American at the prevailing wages for that job.
Right now jobs in health care and computer technology would be the best bet for an H1B visa.
