Who would you want to give jobs to, uneducated Americans or illegal mexicans?

The jobs for the uneducated will always be there. If we deport all the Mexicans won't we give a better chance to the lower class in our society? Won't deportation create a worker shortage which would drive up demand for workers and the wages?

Who would you want to give jobs to, uneducated Americans or illegal mexicans?
I am sorry are those coming in from Mexico Illegally the educated ones?





A work shortage will help Americans -it becomes an employee market and not the other way around (employers market which it is now). Than more benefits would be offered to attract employees. History!

Reply:They should have the sense to work and learn then. There are so many programs to help uneducated people but no one takes advantage of it do they. Illegals do not look at a construction job or a cook position and say that is not for me I will wait for something better to come along. Furthermore as a restaurant manager I have found that the uneducated are not willing to work as hard, and demand more money. If they have a job they should work to better themselves not put the blame on the illegals that just gives them another excuse.

Reply:Uneducated Americans, by far!! They're here legally and usually can speak and understand English. Deportation isn't going to create a shortage of workers; it will give unemployed citizens a chance to get real jobs. How can anyone support hiring illegals and paying them under the table, so that OUR taxes go to pay for their health and education?

I would love to see all of these illegals and squirrel brained supporters go back to the crap hole they call their home. They don't care about America. They don't want to assimilate. Reply:Whoever is most qualified for the job. We need to start looking at this as a world and not as separate countries. What gives anyone the right to say that we built a line here and you can't cross it?

Reply:Yes, it would create a greater demand for workers. However, we need to be careful about that . . . if businesses see any advantage to be had in relocating to another country, they just might do it. We've already lost a lot of production jobs to other countries. I'm afraid that if there were a major war, we could not win because we do not have the facilities to produce everything we use. So far, people have shrugged off the whole issue of outsourcing because the jobs being replaced are relatively low-paying ones. However, those are some of the most important jobs for maintaining this country's infrastructure. We will need to give businesses of all kinds valuable, positive incentives for remaining in this country if we are to remain a self-sustaining nation. I'm not sure what those incentives would need to be, but there need to be more of them than there are presently.

The first qualification is the LEGAL capacity to accept the job.


The LEGAL ability to pay into one's own Social Security account.





And by and large (although I admit this is not 100% of the time), there is not such thing as an EDUCATED illegal, as this question implied.





Construction workers and restaurant workers ( the two largest amount of workers are in these two fields, not vegetable fields, source US bureau of statistics. they know more than you and your personal opinions are worthless in the face of real verifiable numbrs!) do not need to be educated, and that is why they fill these jobs, because THEY are uneducated!

There are hundreds of races, which make this melting pot the dream of many and unless you are of full Native American decent you might just find that you yourself could be deported. As for as your question Skills and talents are not always learned from text. It is the ambition and dedication in a person that I feel any empolyer would look for in a person. This applies to Mexicans, Asian, Blacks, those uneducated and yes even the Whites.

Ya know before I realized that, what they say about the flood of Mexicans who illegally immigrated into th U.S. , that they are going to take back several S.W. States including my Arizona I didn't give a hoot. But shortly thereafter I realized that these Mexicans were everywhere, and they seemed pretty well organized, they were working , buying %26amp; driving trucks %26amp; cars with insurance, and they had obtained Arizona Drivers Licenses, at that point it was a little late!
