I need to be able to afford to live out on my own but I'm not making enough money to do it. I have experiance with cars and I have a couple years of hotel maintenance and front desk experiance. What are some jobs that pay pretty good that just about anyone can jump into?
What are some good paying jobs for a guy with a GED and no college?
Sales...it's the only job where you basically rely on yourself and make the most. good luck!

Reply:Refineries,, but you need to start looking long term. You gotta build a chain. first, take 2 symesters of math at a community college, then apply as an electricain or plumber/pipe fitter. The training (apprenticship) is fully and well paid, and you end up making 70K a year on average, 100K or more if you like overtime. You apply at the Union Hall, which can be found in the phone book. IBEW is the Electricains Union, don't know off hand for the Plumbers one.
