What national guard jobs have the highest fatality rates?

i am concidering the army national guard. right now my choices are narrowed down to infantry, mp, or electrician. i have no issue with deployment or being called into duty, but i am married and have 2kids. at this point i would just like to know if these jobs are considerably more dangerous than others and also it they will prepare me for my civialian jobs.

since i am looking for either a police or skilled trade job any answers would be of great assistance.

What national guard jobs have the highest fatality rates?
the best answer is "the ones that get forward deployed" and frankly, the further forward the higher your fatality rate, at some point all are in danger, if your a smart person, your fatality rate drops, if your dumber than a box of rocks, it increases, pretty simple concept.

Most of your Skilled trades, tend to end up in harms way at some point, so as i said, depends on your intelligence, street intel mainly.
Reply:Ok well I can answer this one for you. My husband is currently deployed and he has been in the army for 3 yrs now. Infantry is very dangerous my husband does that one. Mp can be dangerous also when deployed and no one will like you on base. LOL Electrician sounds the best of your choices. Good Luck!!
Reply:electrician. My husband is curently deployed and is attached to an MP unit and it's not an easy job and he's missing our little ones bad!!!
Reply:I'd think taking a job where your primary weapon is a pen or a keyboard would be a good safe decision.
Reply:The most dangerous job used to be getting sent to New Orleans!
