I am thinking of switching jobs. It is a similar field but a new employer. How much vacation is proper?
Four week at the most.
Reply:depends on each employer's policy and leniency when negotiating - I wouldn't try for more than 3 wks
Reply:usually two weeks to start. Most companies do not negotiate on this because it is written in a policy.
