What are good paying jobs in the animal industry?

I want a career with animals, but found the good paying jobs are to do with vetinary care which i have no interest in as i cannot stand the sight of blood and seeing animals in pain. Is there anything else i can do that has good pay?

What are good paying jobs in the animal industry?
I dont know how much your looking to make for it to be a good job. But with being a Vet you can also work for Zoo's and things like that. You dont have to set up private practice and deal with sick and injured animals.

Animal Husbandry also pays well if your in the right situations, but it can also be quite dead end.

I dont think you'll ever be wealthy working with animals but there are a few jobs out there that pay pretty decently (besides the afore mentioned vet, which you dont want)
Reply:working with animals has never really been financially rewarding, you could be a dog trainer, behaviourist, work for guide dogs or another assistance dog organisation, dog grooming, zoo, animal rescue homes such as dogs trust, cat protection, I do not think you can work with animals and have good pay but it has job satisfaction
Reply:teach some squirrels how to water ski, then after months of practice take them on tour
Reply:How about working in a Dog beauty Parlour, or an Animal rescue centre, or if you live in a town with a zoo, you could do any amount of different jobs there. Or working in an animal sanctuary, or wildlife centre.

Have a look in your Thompson Directory, or local Yellow pages under Animals, and just give people a ring.

If you are very enterprising, and can drive you could do the same that we have in our town. There is a mobile doggy hairdresser. They have a special wash and blow dry unit that goes to peoples houses, and beautifies their pooches outside their houses.
Reply:there isnt much in the job industry tht pays well involving animals but all i wanted to say was...

LOL AT WHAT THE FIRST GUY SAID
Reply:Every little girl wants a job with animals, once you get older, you'll realize it's not that simple.
