How do I bid Exterior Window Cleaning jobs?

I just received an opportunity to clean exterior windows on two residences, how do I bid these jobs? In addition one of the jobs is next door to my residence the other is roughly 50 miles away 100 miles roundtrip. Any suggestions?

Well obiously, you'll profit more from the house next door, since you dont need gas to get there. By the way bid by sq. ft. figuer how long it takes to clean say 10 sq. ft., then divide by 10 should give a fairly close average per foot, Also concider height, a second story would be ,maybe double what a ground floor would be,be reasonable, but dont jip yourself either,Now for that far away one, since you have to charge the same per sq.ft. as the close one, work something out with the customer about travel.Gas aint cheap and keeps getting not cheaper. your customer will understand, I mean if your charging say a total of $25 but it costs you $10 in gas one way(its not fair to charge both ways) maybe they will agree to pay a travel fee of that $10 if not maybe they could pick you up and you find a way back(HEY MOM).or, get one of your little buddys and offer him $5 to clean the windows, maybe you'll hold the bucket, or hand him the squeegee which will make the work go faster, equals more $ per sq. ft.
